Prison Law
Our commitment to our clients does not end at the conclusion of criminal proceedings as we have a dedicated department to deal with prison law issues. This department is headed by
Peter Killen and
John Potter both of who are specialist
Prison Law Practitioners.
Almost every prison law enquiry can be publicly funded and therefore you would not have to pay for advice you receive.
Our
Prison Law team can advise you on your sentence plan ensuring that all targets are realistic and that any offending
behaviour programme is suitable for you. We can advise you on the types of courses that should be completed, and the prisons in which to complete them, so that you progress through the prison system as quickly as possible.
During your sentence term, your eligibility for release will be constantly reviewed. Having been released, you may be subject to recall back to prison under the terms of your
licence. Our prison law team can advise and assist and where appropriate, provide representation for you.
