Brian Wilson
Brian has over 25 years experience in criminal law, and now specialises in defending the most complex and serious criminal cases. Brian came to Cobleys in 2006, having previously worked in the Preston and Blackpool areas on cases including the 2004 manslaughter trial arising from the death of 23 Chinese immigrant cockle pickers in Morecambe Bay.Brian is the longest serving caseworker within the Business Litigation Unit and deals with clients across the UK and internationally in proceedings relating to complex fraud, international corruption, money laundering and confiscation of assets under the Proceeds of Crime Act. His painstaking, forensic approach has been a significant factor in the success of cases for clients at courts across the country.
